We are seeking new activities for Teurastamo’s R4 space that are open to the public and extend beyond the walls to enliven the Teurastamo courtyard. We are looking for an operator with an interesting idea and strong financial resources to develop the space into a new, attractive destination that becomes part of Teurastamo’s vibrant urban culture.

R4 is a two-story, 380-square-meter raw space with high ceilings, offering a rare opportunity to build a concept entirely of your own design in one of Helsinki’s most interesting urban environments. This is not a ready-to-use commercial space, but rather a development project that will require significant investment in renovating the space, comprehensively upgrading the infrastructure, and implementing the concept.
