Hietalahti Market Hall is a historic hall located on the edge of Hietalahti Square, designed in 1903 by architect Selim A. Lindqvist, which now serves as a versatile and atmospheric restaurant hall.

We are looking for an operator who wants to bring high-quality pre-packaged delicacies to the hall, such as chocolate, cheese, baked goods, cooking ingredients, small specialty items, or high-quality oils. The operator may also offer specialty beverages such as wines, beers, or fresh lemonades.

The space is also ideal as a showroom, presentation and tasting point, or for implementing a completely new and surprising concept that complements the unique atmosphere of the restaurant-focused hall. Please note that the space is not suitable for food preparation.
