The Hietalahti kiosk is looking for a new operator for this vibrant, seaside urban setting. This culturally and historically significant, protected site is located in a bustling and unique spot near Hietalahti Market Square and the Market Hall.

We are looking for an operator who can revitalize and bring a distinctive presence to the area, potentially introducing a new type of concept. You can implement an attractive concept suited to the season, such as a flower shop or some new, trendy pop-up operation. Lease period: May 1–September 30, 2026. The tenant will be selected as soon as possible.

The kiosk rent is €500/month + VAT; there is also the option to rent the terrace area surrounding the kiosk. The kiosk is rented in the condition it is in at the time of handover. The tenant will sign their own electricity contract and is responsible for all permits related to the operation.
